When the user unable to renew access cover or re-activation of UBS license.

prompt error message ‘No internet connection available’

The Latest version is Access UBS Accounting V2023.PU1, official website for download

Noted:
The latest version required at least windows 10 or above, it need MSDOTNET 4.8, if using Windows 7 was unable to support.

So, got two suggestion & methods:
Suggestion:
1.All UBS PC, include server upgrade to v2023
2.Not upgrade, keeping using the current version, just update access cover.

Please follow the two (2) methods as below:-

Method 1:-
PC must at least windows 10 or above, download the installer from website above, copy the installer into USB Pen Drive. (it need to install one PC by one PC)
Server PC /Client PC
– Uninstall Sage UBS / Access UBS
– Control panel , uninstall programs , select Sage UBS Accounting/Access UBS Accounting
– When finished uninstall, Rename / remove the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage Software
– copy the installer from USB Pen drive paste into downloads folder
– Click installer to install, just follow instruction ,Select Yes or next (important, UBS must install the previous installed folder)

Method 2:

Offline activation

  • This method just copy the old UBS license file, send to license centre to proceed & update the license file
  • when get the update license file, it just replace the current license
  • finally this only update UBS license without update the Access UBS application
