The Company founded in 2000 as Trans Glitter Sdn. Bhd. and changed its name to Cirrus Software Sdn. Bhd. in 2017 to reflect a new milestone of its business pursuit. Since inception, the Company specializes in software development, marketing, training, and support. It started off with the development of eCommerce solutions and customized data-mining software for some big organizations in the Oil and Gas as well as Plantation industries.

Close to a decade ago, the Company forayed into the development of Cloud-based enterprise software for small and mid-size enterprises or businesses (SMEs / SMBs) under its house-brand Cirrus or Cirrus Software ®.

The Company attained the Malaysia Digital (MD) Status awarded by MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation) in September 2023.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, debug, troubleshoot and maintenance of software applications.
  • To continually advance with new technologies and agile in development methodology.
  • Software documentation.

Skills & Competencies Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in Dot Net 4.0, preferably in C# programming.
  • Knowledge in using Telerik development tools will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, reasoning and creative skill.
  • Good teamwork spirit.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in IT/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent

Relevant work experience:

3-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and online technical support for our business software.
  • Provide software training to clients.
  • Assist in sales, marketing, and after-sale service whenever necessary.
  • Diagnose and solve problems pertaining to computer and related IT hardware

Skills & Competencies Requirements:

  • Computer literate and good working knowledge in the software and IT industry.
  • Good knowledge of accounting, business practices, and business application software.
  • Proactive, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability in handling multiple tasks and managing priorities.
  • Good communication skill, preferably in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Job Description
The candidates are required to help expand market awareness, promote and elevate sales of the Company’s business software solutions in Malaysia.
Key tasks are to

  • strategise, plan and organise marketing activities for product promotions and sales growth;
  • meet sales targets;
  • manage sales process including quotation, ordering, billing and delivery;
  • collect payment/debt of respective sales;
  • build good client relationship and follow up on new/recurring sales;
  • periodically report on sales status and marketing activities.

The candidates must be computer savvy, ideally have knowledge and hands on in various business software such as accounting, inventory management and payroll systems. Candidates with qualification in computer science, IT and software, accounting, sales and marketing are encouraged to apply. Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
